I'm not a fan, but "terrible" seems harsh.Anything Phil Collins related, he’s just terrible
Collins says his obituary will be, "He was born, wrote 'In The Air Tonight', and he died.

Hrmph! We'll let that slide this time, Gen. Lee.Anything Pink Floyd.
FYI. It does NOT stand for After Christ Devil Conquers. Does that change your opinion? #80srumorsAC/DC songs
I’ll see your Slow Ride and ante Free RideSlow Ride is the worst song regularly played on classic rock radio.
How about In-The-Gadda-Da-Vidda?First Wave always plays the long versions of songs.
He said which songs should be removed, not which songs should be played every hour.Welcome to the Jungle

Agree with several here but hadn't heard Locomotive Breath in what seems like 40 years until recently and had forgotten what a rocker that song was. Turn that sucker up!Welcome to the Jungle

In their beginnings they concentrated on blues covers but that's far from what defines them today. You know what, maybe it is Classic Rewind I hear it on...it doesnt really fit on First Wave. I jump around a lot. But whereever I hear it on XM, it's unaltered.
These days, I'm mostly on Underground Garage. They play oldies I've never heard. Let's just say the Stones were far more prolific as a blues cover band than I ever realized.
Any and all things Guns & Roses, absolutely can't stand them. (a long running argument with my 44 yo daughter).
Steve Miller is up there as well.

That was on my list but I said "wanted Man" in error. So repetitive.I'll add my vote to Slow Ride and anything Thin Lizzy, and submit
Renegade by Styx.
Everyone laughed when Jethro Tull won best metal artist. And rightfully so. But in their early days, they could remember CCJ as hard as anyone. Tony Iommi even briefly joined the band. Took him a few weeks to realize he wasn’t going to write the songs & was going to have to play when Ian Anderson told him. So he left & formed another band that turned out ok.Agree with several here but hadn't heard Locomotive Breath in what seems like 40 years until recently and had forgotten what a rocker that song was. That does not satiate the control freak in people though. I know I try to have Alexa delete songs from public pplaylists daily.Just switch your listening around when things get boring, that's what most people do.
Nope. Nothing personal, just every time I hear the guy sing, I think "dude needs a cough drop."FYI. It does NOT stand for After Christ Devil Conquers. Does that change your opinion? #80srumors
First wave has been slowly taking over my radioFirst Wave always plays the long versions of songs.
You better put some respect in your mouth when you talk about yacht rockMight we suggest you switch over to yacht rock.
Boneyard is my #1. The Spectrum is really good too.First wave has been slowly taking over my radio
That you would suggest an extreme, left-wing liberal “cancel culture” approach on a sacred topic of classic rock earns you a double-barrel “17 you” and I got more in the chamber************I Wanna Know What Love Is

Watching Disney movies with my kids made me hate Phil Collins’ music. Of course he’s not near as bad as Disney.Anything Phil Collins related, he’s just terrible
I call Tarzan the Phil Collins Musical Experience.Watching Disney movies with my kids made me hate Phil Collins’ music. Of course he’s not near as bad as Disney.
I would have thought you listened to the Nixons non-stop.I usually just cycle So Much for the Afterglow
Butchered on Classic Rewind. And I agree that on other stations they leave the £aggot verse in.Which XM station are you listening to? When they play it on First Wave it is unaltered.
Yes. The song is actually making fun of the people who would use that durogatory word.I agree big time even though I would never use that word to insult a gay person. Knopfler's not trying to either IMO.
Same with "Who Are You" and "Devil Went Down to GA". Destroys the gut feeling of the songs. Compared to what can be heard on regular TV these days, those words are light. Much worse can be heard easily these days by kids.
GREAT album. I will listen to it beginning to end.I usually just cycle So Much for the Afterglow
This response caught my eye. I do hope you know the true title to this iron butterfly song. Huge Skynyrd fan here, I’ll throw in sweet home Alabama. Hate that song. With all of that said, the blind Willie mctell station on Pandora is awesome. It’s like listening to tunes til 2 on 94.7 & z106.How about In-The-Gadda-Da-Vidda?
I remember the first time I played the full version of this on a classic rock radio station back in the 1980s. I thought the station manager was going to blow his gasket.
