There we go. 6-1.3 home runs, all lead off hitters. Usually three home runs produce more than 3 runs.
2 run home run3 home runs, all lead off hitters. Usually three home runs produce more than 3 runs.
#vanillaIt’s early. Long way to go but this offense has been awful
It's almost like spring training if you think about it#vanilla
I agree. But Hines would tell you he needs to bring them in.This thread is like a comedy sketch. It's like a few of you have no idea what baseball is or how it's played...
* A guy with 55 career home runs, never less than 16 in a season. Been true maroon his whole college career in the era of the transfer. Can't see what that guy brings to the table. He needs to be platooned. Oops, boom, lucked into HR #56 there.
* Transfer who hits with power, OPS over .900 his freshmen year at Houston, has power and size. Great prospect. But he's likely mis evaluated and not a professional hitter. Oops, ran into a tater there.
* **** Sunday starting pitcher. Need to audition guys for the role. Oh programming note, combined no hitter thru 7 innings.
6-1 Dawgs, B7, based loaded.
Jayzus, pass the Tylenol...
Two on, one out. Go ahead run at the plate.6-4 State, with one out and one on in the 9th.
Was just coming to pose the same questionWhat's up with Gavin Black? He was pretty good last year especially at the end of the year. Anyone heard anything? Rumors?
I agree. But Hines would tell you he needs to bring them in.
Can he defend the perimeter? And I agree.
But platoon a 4 year starter because he's hitting .270ish with two knocks in 7 games, 6 of them wins, in frigid February?
Just sayin...
Man we need to figure out who can close. No excuse for this. Shouldn't have allowed this situation to ever come about here at this point in the game.
Last season, we played ourselves out of a host after two weekends (4-4).
We are now 6-1.
I hate to agree but have to. I was hoping he would get some instruction in the Cape or wherever he played off season but I'm not seeing it, yetHinds is just not a good hitter. Hasn’t improved at all
Or shoot 3's?Can he defend the perimeter?
