Why?!?! If we complete that pass it sets up a manageable 4th and 14. Completely worth the risk if you ask me.
Seriously, no faith in Loggains after that playcall. Nothing good could’ve happened there. You run the ball and make them use their time out and go into the half down by 7. We got outplayed and we’re only down 7. Now you might have just given them the game. That was incredibly stupid. It makes me wonder how anyone that dumb could climb the ranks and be an SEC Offensive Coordinator. Seriously. Someone should punch him in the face for that one.
Play calling awful, but in the end, the horrific OL play once again gives us a L.

We don't stand a chance against good teams with this Oline, horrible play calling, and non running backs playing running back.
OL can't run block or pass block. We haven't thrown a downfiekd pass tonight (that i can remember).
Most of the time he can’t get out of the pocket to throw away. That last one he could’ve. He needs to put the ball in the air.
Too many pre-determined play calls. They aren’t working. Get DK out of there. He sucks. And turn Rattler loose. This playcalling looks so safe. You have to cut this kid loose and let him throw the ball downfield. We got some WRs that have made some plays.
But no confidence in this Offensive staff after tunning that route on 3rd and 22 in that situation. No excuse for that. Flat out unforgivable.
Used the slot in motion as an extra blocker effectively last week and totally abandoned it this week. Why?

We have about 8-10 decent players and the rest are straight trash. Just awful. DII caliber.

Rattler stuck with the Gamecocks when he could have entered the draft. Tonight there is no protection; 4 sacks in the first half. I just hope he does not get hurt and destroy his future in the NFL.

Tenn is not even blitzing. They are playing coverage and relying on the front four to get pressure and it is working. There are no open receivers other than checkdown guys which Rattler refuses to throw to! 2nd and 4 is better than 2nd and 10 but he won't take it!
Rattler has made so many plays with his legs tonight. Stop calling for Sellers. This is Rattler’s team. This is silly. Sellers isn’t going to avoid every sack.
They have all year, except last week and Furman. It isn't going to get better this year.
Yep. Rattler and Legette about all we got on offense right now. Some young guys that will be ok. But as of right now, this offense just has too many weaknesses. We really miss Juice. Our OL as a unit is just pitiful.
Wasn't bashing Rattler. He's definitely our best player. Was just thinking of a wrinkle throw at them.

This. That last sack is one where Rattler should’ve put the ball up in the air and trusted Legette to make a play. Looked like he was flushed a tad early and just held on instead of letting go. At this point, gotta put the ball in the air.
For the most part, it appears our playcalling isn’t putting Rattler in a position to do well. So much pre-snap movement and set plays. They aren’t working. Lots of difficult throws to the sideline short of the 1st down yardage. And our OL certainly isn’t helping.
The RB position is a lot different than QB. Everyone rotates RBs. They need breathers. I’m sure you actually know this.
Not everyone takes out their best player to let a true freshman, who is still listed as 3rd string by the way, take his first meaningful snaps on the road in Neyland in a difficult situation with no OL.
I believe Sellers is going to be special. Not tonight. This is Rattler’s team and Rattler gives us the best chance to win.
Throw it to Harbor on the fly and see if they can keep up - give them something to think about.
Because it isn't a 50/50 ball when you are being doubled. Tenn knows he is our only offensive threat and since it only takes Tenn's front four to stop the run, they can focus on the only receiver that is a threat!

TN defense has outplayed our defense. The winning defense wins the game was my prediction.
