That’s all I can say. We Gave up a ton of yards to them. We Only managed 7 second half points and got outscored in the second half. We Played sloppy. We Couldn’t tackle for anything much of the night.

That was a game between two bad football teams.

If they had not wet the bed against Missouri last week, where would Carolina be ranked this coming week? Talk about blowing a golden opportunity.
I’m not sure how much of an egg we really laid against Missouri. I think we probably played about to our capability and Missouri is just better. The effort tonight would not have beaten Missouri.

Never mind setting our goal on winning championships, we'll accept whatever
Participation Trophy GIF

Championships don't just happen because you set a goal or just really want it. That's what some of you don't understand. It takes time. It takes work. And a ton of money, and even more so now.

It doesn't involve whining on the internet about everything like a little nancy kerrigan and just demanding it happen because I want it and want it right now.

This has been the Carolina motto for my entire life:
"It takes time. It takes work. And a ton of money, and even more so now."

Carolina has wasted plenty of time and money and has yet to learn how to treat it like the business it is. None of our head coaches have been good at managing (hiring and firing) their coordinators/coaches until it was too late. Successful programs make timely changes when necessary. Based on Carolina's history, time and money are not the problem.

BS. How many OCs have we had since Spurrier left? How has that worked out for us?

All when the HC was changed - no adjustments when needed during their tenure. If the coordinator is not getting it done, cut ties while you are still HC and can salvage your own job.

Wrong. Muschamp fired Roper.

You think a good offense is something you hire someone for and it happens immediately. That is BY FAR the exception, and not the rule. It took Spurrier many years to get it going here, and it still wasn't an elite offense.

Good? That’s a dream. I’d settle for a competent offense right now.

And replaced him with BooBoo, not a smart hire. Just more hiring of your coaching friends (which takes nerve to fire) and not the best available. That's exactly the problem we have now.

That's true.! Too bad all the Clemzon fans are over here since they were taken to the woodshed.

I believe we all want SC to play better and have more success, but can we enjoy last night's win for a few hours?

It’s the first goal of every season. We accomplished that. Now for the next goal.
I get it, but “bowl eligibility” as an accomplishment is a relic of the old days when becoming eligible meant something and you needed more than 6 wins to get a bowl. With four wins built into the schedule every year you ought to assume you’re going to be bowl eligible. To not be able to pick up two wins somewhere on the schedule is complete and total failure. Now, that being said, we’ve had some complete and total failure lately so I understand fans being glad that we made a bowl.

Idiotic. You've literally got a handful of posters on here that nonstop complain about the offense 24/7. Literally 100% negative 100% of the time. Calling them out isn't whining.

WE KNOW. You hate the OC. You've posted it hundreds of times. Nothing good comes from berating our coaching 24/7 online.

Well, right now, our lousy offense is the most notable thing about our team. What else are we to talk about? I also see no point in pretending like everything is hunky-dory on offense.

But how much do you need to cry about it? You have to be the whiniest, most fragile Carolina fan I've ever seen. LOL

We score 38 yesterday and you are off the find some game against Elon that had similar stats so you can continue to whiny. But you disregard how we preformed similar to offense God Kiffin against Kentucky. And we actually had more offensive yards against GA then Tennessee.

You are Satterfield's CNN.

Actually, the whining I’m talking about is his habit of accusing refs of cheating for other teams and against Carolina. Also, any team that is doing well is supposedly cheating. Not just him. There are others. Comes off to me as whining. Excuses. Coping mechanisms

Every time I start to talk about how refs blew a call, I think of this, and agree. I feel dirty making excuses like that.
