I’m back! Great workout! For some reason my Sunday morning workouts have almost always been top-notch these past three or so months, dunno why. I’m not going to overthink it.

I got in a good line. I sometimes (often?) forget myself at the gym and get a little too enthusiastic with my grunting. That happened today and I got a few sideeyes (they know me). “Sorry! Well, do you know why they won’t let deaf people join the army? You can hear us coming a mile away.” I’ll show myself out.

You should make that statement into a t shirt and wear it to the gym.

Daughter 3 has FAU and Nova Southeastern on her college visit list. Any thoughts on those two schools?

Both good schools. My daughter's like FAU because it's right off the beach in Boca Know people who have gone to FAU for med school and also people who graduated from Nova Southeastern law school. Both pretty solid in academics. I live about 5 miles from FAU. They are a sleeping giant in football. I was hoping lane kiffin would stay there. I would recommend taking visits to both schools. FAU is a big campus. Former military airbase. They have room to keep growing with so much open land they own. Friend from PA worked in their research labs there. Nice campus right off interstate 95. Close to both West Palm and Ft Lauderdale airports. Nova Southeastern is mixed in with several other colleges. Massive campus to walk around. They are moving big into medical school. I am medical sales for the O.R. HCA Hospital just built a new hospital right on the edge of campus. Lots of nurses and doctors are there for learning and training.
