Personally, I’m willing to give him another year to prove otherwise but if he keeps Hutzler and doesn’t clean house, he’s proving he isn’t the guy before next season even starts.
Obviously the wins and losses are most important. However the dude is very bland. There is nothing exciting or interesting out of him.
Check again, queefman. You have me confused. I’ve never been a Lebby apologist. An apologist for Leach, the Hall of Fame Coach that was our coach, is different story.

Oh we are very much stuck with him next year. I’m not advocating firing Lebby. But I am just not 100% sold on him. He will get another year and probably another after that. But as others have said if he does not really improve roster spots on both sides of the ball and bring in legitimate SEC talent this year then yes he needs to be fired after next year.

Leach is not in the Hall of Fame. He’s fell short because he wasn’t good enough. Great middle of the road coach though

These comparisons make zero sense. Jackie took over a miserable program and went 7-5 in year 1 with a huge win over Texas. Mullen took over a miserable program and went 5-7, but with a big season ending win in the egg bowl.
Lebby took over a bad team and managed to somehow make them worse while chalking up a 2-10 record.
If you don’t think fans should be upset over this, you do you, but comparing this football season to the beginning of the JWS and Mullen eras is a terrible comparison
