Well now he's reappeared on tracking radar at least. He apparently got very low and disappeared for a bit. It shows him over the eastern hills of Holly Springs Natl Forest now.

I'm thinking there must be some sort of protocol for this type of situation, especially after 9/11. I'm uncertain of who would even make a call on what to do if the threat became more obvious. The FAA? Local national guard?
