There’s a man in a plane flying around Tupelo threatening to crash it.

Somebody wake up all of the officers, bureaucrats, and politicians necessary to get approval to shoot this 17er down.

There’s an air raid joke sitting on a tee here but I won’t make it. Very very serious situation.

That will deter this type of behavior in the future. Get him over a non populated area and light him up.

Man. Scary. I don’t want to think about when he starts running out of fuel and feels the desperation. For all the praying type let’s take a quick second.

I'm thinking there must be some sort of protocol for this type of situation, especially after 9/11. I'm uncertain of who would even make a call on what to do if the threat became more obvious. The FAA? Local national guard?

Im guessing DOD would have the ball at this point. I would imagine shooting down a domestic aircraft of any size is... Something I can't discuss any further because the angerdome will floweth over from the SPS political crackheads and get this thread locked.

I'm sure air national
Guard and naval base already knows about this fool. Im surprised he hasn't gotten a fly by warning from navy yet

Gotta love Matt calling this like a tornado on WTVA. Going to be interesting how this ends.

You don't hear about it. Of course many say that's what happened to flight 93 in Pennsylvania on 911. 911 changed a lot of things with planes and authority to shoot them down if they pose a threat.
