Teams have to run what they have practiced all week long, and from formation they have used all year. That is what you do. Those plays are what you do best. I understand the idea of 2/3 of a seasons worth of practices creating some sort of momentum for those plays. But this also sounds to me like saying the OC is powerless to control the direction of the offense. It just sounds wrong to me.

3rd and 3, this moron calls for RB drag route that takes forever and a day for a RB to get clear and it was only 3 yard deep route.

Seems we have an offense that is easy to defend. Look around at who is winning and figure out why.
