He was academic All-SEC at Missouri and supposedly graduated with honors there. Then got accepted into Arkansas so it has nothing to do with him not being qualified for here. Has everything to do with a "believe all women" stooge in the Title IX department who didn't care that the allegations against him at Missouri were unfounded, the police found no evidence, and the "victim" eventually rescinded her accusation. But facts don't matter to these type of people.Every university has athletic admission standards that are different/lower than regular students. Just because he lives in SC doesn’t automatically qualify him to be admitted
lots of students have dreams of attending their dream school, but sometimes dreams don’t come true.
Yep. I hope this person's name & job title get released to the masses. He was academic All-SEC at Missouri and supposedly graduated with honors there. It has.Yep. I hope this person's name & job title get released to the masses.
She might, um, not have a man in her life.I find it hard to believe that one single person can deny the enrollment of a student, against the wishes of the BOT and university president.
We needed that dude, though, with our attrition & inexperience in that pivotal spot.Well, at least we don't play Arkansas next year.
Keith Allsep has outed the woman & detailed the whole story. Look it up.
Catching it? In the modern day academia she will be a hero, look for a promotion. And why anybody thinks after watching the political shenanigans in USC sports with Dawn, Muschamp, and Frank Martin over the past 3-4 years that Tanner or higher-ups are going to give any pushback, well your head is in the sand. Caslen was removed for several reasons, one of the main overarching reasons being he wasn't considered PC enough. It doesn't matter about records or innocence anymore. Guess she is making her mark in this newly created, high paying position.Well I hope she's catching it.
Agree it is a systemic problem that will never be turned around. But we need linemen bad, it's a big loss imo.Goodness, it’s not THAT big of a deal people. Yeah, we needed him, but it’s not like he was the #1 QB in the country or anything. I hope our fans don’t do silly things like flood her email and send threats or any such nonsense. Is it crazy that she alone was able to sink his admission? Yes. But I’d be more upset at the system that’s constructed that way than I’d be upset at the person.
From that link “Molly’s expertise and experience place her in a great position to build this new office, but her focus on serving people and treating everyone involved in these difficult processes with dignity and respect is what makes me confident that she is the person to continue our recent efforts in this area,” Shook said. I wonder if Trajan thought he was treated with dignity and respect?I just watched the relevant portions of the show. It sounds like one person screwed the deal, but Shane didn't get any help
(looking at you Ray) and the AD's office. The woman is Assistant Vice President for Civil Rights and Title IX at South Carolina.

We do, but he was only gonna be here 1 year anyway. The situation is frustrating and silly, but nothing that I’d try to ruin someone’s life over.Agree it is a systemic problem that will never be turned around. But we need linemen bad, it's a big loss imo.
I don't understand why a Civil Rights/Title IX administrator has anything to do with bringing in a football player to the team? What Title IX or Civil rights restrictions would require her input for a transfer portal player? Civil Rights are for everybody, every color, etc, but why would her input be needed or even wanted? If anything I would think she should be fighting to ensure a minority student-athlete wasn't discriminated against because he had a previous criminal charge that was proven false, or at least never proven at all. From that link “Molly’s expertise and experience place her in a great position to build this new office, but her focus on serving people and treating everyone involved in these difficult processes with dignity and respect is what makes me confident that she is the person to continue our recent efforts in this area,” Shook said. We don’t have any DEs… it’s kind of a big deal. The bigger issue is the fact that this crap doesn’t happen at schools that consistently win.Goodness, it’s not THAT big of a deal people. We don't have a single DE on the roster? We don’t have any DEs… it’s kind of a big deal. The bigger issue is the fact that this crap doesn’t happen at schools that consistently win.
It's a very serious problem. There are, however, several men who are paid quite handsomely to figure this out. I guess we need to trust them to do so.We don't have a single DE on the roster?
None who have stayed healthy or proven anything at the P5 level. It’s a major concern. If they can’t find 1-2 in the spring transfer market they seriously might have to switch the defense to a 3-4. We lost our top 2 to the portal. We have to promising freshmen coming in. A 3rd freshman is possible if he gets cleared by the NCAA. But counting on freshmen is not good enough in year 3 of a coaches tenure. We don't have a single DE on the roster?
You are incorrect about Caslen!Catching it? In the modern day academia she will be a hero, look for a promotion. LMAO....if we learned anything from Spurrier and Hyman it is that the Athletic Department has no say in the admissions process. Quit trying to blame the AD for everything bad that happens....its becoming trite.I just watched the relevant portions of the show. It sounds like one person screwed the deal, but Shane didn't get any help

You REALLY believe that is why Caslen was fired. LOL, you can not be serious.Catching it? In the modern day academia she will be a hero, look for a promotion. Yep!To listen to some fans, you'd think our AD is the most powerful man in the state, maybe the nation.
Even the BOT couldn't get Trajan over the line to admission.
He's not good at his job. Never has been.To listen to some fans, you'd think our AD is the most powerful man in the state, maybe the nation.

I disagree she doesn’t deserve threats, but she most definitely deserves emails from the alumni of USC.Goodness, it’s not THAT big of a deal people. Arguably the best post you've ever made.I disagree she doesn’t deserve threats, but she most definitely deserves emails from the alumni of USC.
