This is why he’s got to go. Now. 2B had no idea to cover 2B. Poor coaching. Should’ve been 1st and 3rd, but that left runners at 2nd and 3rd. Then our coaches don’t have the wherewithal to put the guy having a career night on with 1st base open and 2 outs, in favor of a MUCH better matchup. And of course the next guy strikes out and looks TERRIBLE doing it.
