College days! Jam Band city! Where are my Jam Band fans?
This band is opening for the California Honeydrops numerous nights on their upcoming tour. #1 ( as The Rick would refer to him ) is over in the light holding it down. Currently he is touring playing Upright bass supporting Christina Galisatus, a jazz pianist out of L.A.
Reb and The Good News. The Jam Band scene goes on and on.

Both of these came out the same year and I wore out the grooves in Nittany 28

,,,,and lest I forget....probably one of the, if not the, most popular album during my college years...
Summer 82, my first trimester. Met Harry first day. This was BLASTING out a window filling central quad. This song represented my new found freedom (my parents raised me strict) I proceeded to go off the rails for 5 years.
Lived with moms my last summer 86 in cedarbrook, married a year or so later. We wore this out.
Let's get this party started! Reminds me of back when I was invited to parties! Well, maybe not exactly invited.
Christ you guys are young I couldnt find any minuets to post
Worked at Mr C's for two years. The techno , and the drink tickets usually used for Long Island Teas, brought the girls out.
This little curiosity came up in conversation the other day. I can't say it's anywhere near being a favorite or even something I like but it's -- interesting, to say the least. And it is certainly a product of the era in which I was at PSU.
Freshman year, mind blowing guitar solo on this one from the genius of Zappa!
1980 - 1984 here. Big Billy Joel fan, played his albums constantly. Would've included Steely Dan's Aja, which is still possibly my number one album, just magnificent - instead put Donald Fagen as it fits the timeframe better. Anything off Nightfly is fantastic, but "Walk Between Raindrops" is a gorgeous little song.
'Ro, kudos for this thread. Your taste in photos of the female form is equalled by your taste in music. And this brings back some great memories. Is it just me or was the music incredibly better back then?

Music was definetely better then. So was my opportunities to enjoy time with the female form.
New Gabriel album on the way....
"Gabriel has announced his long-gestating album i/o will be released in 2023, which will be guided by the lunar phases for its remaining rollout"
