Not comparing us to them, but is there anyone here who thinks they would be in the playoffs discussion if they played our schedule??

They did not seem to handle the environment today. Not at all, so I think no to the playoffs.
There is a lot of pressure that comes from playing in this league.

Our schedule, they would have somewhere between 10 and 7 wins. I'm starting to think the SEC is a bit overrated this year.

It’s a good conference with a lot of depth. But Big 10 has the best 2 teams, maybe the best 3.
I'm not so sure anymore. I think we have several good teams, but no really good ones. I guess we will see in the playoffs. I will say this, I'm really not sure the SEC gets four in now.

They’d lose @ Texas, @ Tennessee, @ Ole Miss, and @ UGA for sure.

Probably drop 2 of 4 to A&M, Florida, Arkansas, and @Arizona State as well.

All 8 of those teams are head and shoulders better than the best team they’ve beaten, which is a 6-5 Michigan team.

So, best case would be 6-6. Might not even be bowl eligible.

Oh I agree. No really good teams in SEC. But I’d put the SEC #8 against any other conferences #4.

Yep.

I’d put both Oregon and Ohio State ahead of Georgia and Texas right now.

Penn State would be their third and Indiana is the B1G’s fourth.

If the SEC wants four teams in the playoffs, the Aggies have to beat Texas and then Georgia in the title game.

You could legality ask that question about most of the 2 loss or less teams. On the road at GA, TX and Tenn. I will through A&M at home and on road at Ole Miss.
