Honestly the cheapest way is to buy enough decent players to start winning again. You can have a great atmosphere in an absolute dump if you are winning.

Encourage community…that’s really why we attend and misery loves company.

Got to build a culture where it’s a thing to attend regardless of wins or losses. You do that with cheaper concessions, cheaper tickets, and better experiences- from tailgating in the junction (the university should run this and make it accessible to single game folks)

Paid season ticket holders go between the 20s in the upper deck and everything else gets handed out to clubs/organizations/schools for free, with special recognition and events for those groups. A full stadium enhances the gameday experience and you are also tapping into youth who may not otherwise visit campus, so sets up a long term benefit for future enrollment.

This is the best option. Look at what bringing in some kids for the ladies game did for the atmosphere. Those lil munchkins were loud as hell.

This is why polls like this can't really move the needle. I'm sure every time the AD sends out a questionnaire, they get responses like this too. There are some people on the extremes (both ends) who demand things that are completely untenable to the other side, therefore making them completely unrealistic. I'm sure to cancel this one out, someone on the other end will send in a response saying "cut out that country redneck crap, no one wants to hear that".

I have no dog in the fight, but I would have to admit - in the middle of a 4th quarter crucial drive, with the crowd buzzing and into the game, I would much rather hear DJ Kool than Billy Strings or Taylor Swift ffs.
