Leach is slowly turning us into Alabama.

The only people who can beat us are the refs and ourselves.**

NC State wasn’t ranked until Week 5. They lost to State in Week 2.

They were #21 in the nation when we beat them.

It doesn't matter where they were ranked when we beat them, only where they are today. NC State may drop out this week. Auburn will likely drop out because they have another loss coming. Kentucky may or may not stay ranked. A&M might fall out with another loss.

After 2014 we were told ad nausea that only post season rankings count.

But that's correct.

It's kind of a trap, because losing to Mississippi State hurts teams in the eyes of the poll voters. But only the final poll tells what the actual top 25 teams are. Imagine a team that starts out ranked but ends up going 4-8. Why should the first couple of teams to beat them get a "top 25" but not the ones who beat them late?
