Saints- already have pierre reggie and mike bell, and have more glaring needs on defense
Colts- have addai, and took donald brown in the first round last year, but has been hurt for a couple months now
cowboys- more than set with barber jones and choice
steelers- have o-line issues, and set with mendenhall parker and mewelde moore
Titans- lendale is actually in better shape this year, CJ has just been going off showing the team doesn't need a second back. also have big needs elsewhere
Panthers- Deangelo and jonathan stewart, they'll be fine
falcons- set with turner and norwood when both are healthy
bucs- cadillac, ward and earnest graham. they need defense
Browns- Jerome Harrison has absolutely gone off the last two weeks, and they also have james davis who was hurt majority of the year. possible but not likely
Lions- they've got kevin smith who has been streaky, and maurice morris who has done okay. they have o-line issues more than RB issues
Seahawks- possible, but again o-line play has been more to blame than RB play. julius jones is decent and justin forsett has looked mostly great
49ers- AD told me he's actually a big 49ers fan, but they have frank gore already and drafted glen coffee last year. unlikely
Packers- ryan grant hasn't been consistently effective since 2007, but again I'd credit that to the o-line. possible, but a longshot
bills- they've got lynch and fred jackson who has is one of the more underrated guys in the nfl
raiders- they have more good backs than they know what to do with. though dixon would probably be a better qb than jamarcus
jaguars- MJD is a small guy but he still runs between the tackles alot. they've also got a solid backup in rashad jennings
giants- set with jacobs and bradshaw
cardinals- took beanie first round last year and also have tim hightower
jets- thomas jones leon washington and shonn greene. they're good
broncos- have too many rb's as it is and took moreno in the first round last year
dolphins- ronnie brown has proven to be injury prone and ricky williams is getting old and wont be around too many more years. i'm guessing no, but possible
rams- they've already got a "big" guy in stephen jackson, who's one of the best rb's in the nfl. they have way too many other needs
eagles- drafted lesean mccoy in the first round last year and also have brian westbrook for the time being.
bears- they've got matt forte, who had a stellar rookie season, and this year was not as involved in the offense, and like so many other teams, bears have little o-line help
Most likely spots
Chargers- I'd consider it very likely, whether or not you believe LT is over the hill, the Chargers believe it and are looking for a replacement. Sproles is best suited as a 3rd down back
Texans- I talked to a texan's scout at the bama game who said they were looking for a big back. they need a compliment to Slaton and someone who doesnt fumble
Patriots- the patriots have about 5 average or old RB's, not my first guess but wouldn't be shocked.
Chiefs- they cut larry johnson and jamaal charles has done well in his place, but he's an undersized flashy kind of guy, they need a between the tackles runner
redskins- very likely. portis is getting old, ineffective and brittle. they need o-line more than anything, but a good rb is near the top of the list
