Been there done that with Joe Mo. his biggest problem was , he wanted to draw up the blocking schemes, if he had let the OL do that, we would have beaten USC and OSU twice and at that time we would have been 500 ( Franklin era) v OSU and that would have changed recruiting

Other biggest problem was he needs a Saquon Barkely clone to effectively run from a stand still every play in his offense.
