Tolu and Hub are a combined 2 for 11 from the field but 8 for 8 on free throws.

Davis has only missed 1 shot.

1-point. The 2 was a 3 by Hubbard
It didn’t even seem close to me in real time, so I’m glad they made the right call.

So far, we probably couldn’t have played much worse and scar had had everything going their way, especially some of their miracle shots finding they way in. We’ve done well to be down by 1, but damn it’s frustrating to watch.

I’m hoping this game is like the Ole Miss home game. Frustrating first half and us trailing at halftime and then a dominant second half and double digit win.

Our best shot is to pull a Cal and “bring the refs into the game” most of our possessions. And hope we can hit FTs. Get their guys out of the game.

Everything South Carolina shoots is falling in. It's almost like Larry, watching Larry Bird and Michael Jordan play a game of shooting baskets ...through the window, off the wall, off the backboard, nothing but net.

ETA - it doesn't hurt that the refs keep sending them to the free-throw line if we don't stop them from scoring so easily no way we can win this game

Not sure about quality of play and breaks comment but agree that being down could have been worse.

For a team that was preseason picked to be 14th in the SEC, they sure look like a damn good basketball team.

I see divergent trajectories for these teams and MSU’s isn’t the more favorable one since we first faced them

That’s because it seems like they are always open. Wide open.

This one is getting away from us. That is a really good basketball team we are playing.

At least Paris got to field his own team and build the program with a fresh start. Jans still trying to make do with Howland era players.

What planet are these tv announcers from? Talking about how Ben Howland was the greatest coach Miss state ever had and how he built this program?
Ummm. We literally had to fire him for sucking.

Need it bad. Come on. Beat them with your depth and conditioning down the stretch.

Living and dying by Tolu in a tie game. What a mistake. It’s obvious he’s completely exhausted. Can’t even jump.

Hubbard is what you got. Nobody should shoot it but him in the final 3minutes
