Welp, we played hard and played well.

And it's pretty clear we're not quite as good as SC.

By my count they were 4 for 5 from the field (2-2 from three) and 6 for 6 on FTs with no turnovers in OT. That'll win a lot of games.

I went back and looked at the stats from that game, and they were just about as even as it could be. There was no advantage for either team and anyone category.

It really boiled down to our inability to play good defense. When we needed to stop them from scoring, we never did.

The SEC should be happy their ranked team won the game won the game

Committee doesn’t pay any attention to the conference tournaments anymore. They will have their brackets made out beforehand. If we aren’t in it then we would have to win the whole thing IMO.
