Edge defender who plays with his hair on fire for all four quarters with a dominant combination of bend, length and motor. Constantly chases plays from the backside and can even hawk down ball carriers downfield. Ran 11.69 in the 100m at 200-plus pounds during his sophomore track and field season. Impressive overall athleticism, very comfortable working in space and staying balanced. Lacks ideal power at the point of attack, needs to add mass throughout his frame. Raw when it comes to hand usage and understanding of leverage. Did not start playing football until his freshman season after being a dominant swimmer throughout his younger years. Still developing his game and will only continue to ascend as he gets stronger and more comfortable with his craft. Ceiling is extremely high with his best football ahead of him. Has the chance to be a late riser for NFL scouts as he may not hit his peak until year 3 or 4 at the college level, but the physical and athletic traits are there.
