The 2024 NFL Draft ended on Saturday after the final four rounds took place in Detroit. The event ends with eight Georgia players hearing their name called.

Two Bulldogs went in the first round of the 2024 NFL Draft, which took place on Thursday. Brock Bowers went No. 13 overall to Las Vegas while Amarius Mims was taken five picks later by Cincinnati with the No. 18 overall pick.

Bowers, a two-time winner of the Mackey Award, was the Bulldogs leading receiver in all three of his seasons with the team. Mims was a major contributor in Athens for the past two years, starting just eight games but playing in over 20 games total.

Three more Georgia players heard their names called in round two. Ladd McConkey was taken by the Los Angeles Chargers with the second pick of the second round. McConkey’s final season at UGA was marred by injuries but he was the Bulldogs top wideout in 2022 and climbed NFL Draft boards with stellar showings at the Reese’s Senior Bowl and 2024 NFL Draft Combine.

Kamari Lassiter was selected by Tennessee at No. 42 overall after serving as a two-year starter in Athens. Javon Bullard was also taken in the second round with Green Bay making the call. He was also a two-year starter and was defensive MVP of both of the Bulldogs College Football Playoff wins in 2022.

Tykee Smith wrapped up day-two action for the Bulldogs after leading the team in tackles, tackles for loss, and interceptions in 2024. Tampa Bay took him in the third round. Sedrick Van Pran-Granger was the next Georgia player taken when Buffalo chose him in the fifth round. He was the Bulldogs starting center for three straight seasons and piled up 44 straight starts. Zion Logue was selected in the sixth round by Atlanta after spending five seasons in the Classic City.
