NC State football is officially one of the top offenses in the country— at least in the eyes of EA College Football 25 video game developers. The Wolfpack will debut in the long-awaited video game series with the No. 16-ranked offense in the country.

EA Sports rated the new-look NC State offense at an 87— a mark that ties the Pack with the No. 10-15 schools nationally. The program ranks No. 3 in the ACC behind Clemson and Miami.

The Pack heads into the 2024 season with a retooled offense that includes KC Concepcion back at inside receiver, Grayson McCall at quarterback and plenty of other talented athletes around them.

Individual ratings are not available for the players yet.

Fans took in their first look at NC State in the game during EA Sports’ “sights and sounds” reveal. Per The Athletic’s Chris Vannini, the Wolfpack’s hand signs will also be in the game.

To go along with all of the visual elements, the EA Sports team was on-sight for an NC State game to collect authentic crowd noise.

“In addition to that game in Baton Rouge, we ended up capturing crowd noise from 41 games in places like Oregon State, Georgia, Florida State, Duke, UCLA, Texas, West Virginia, Georgia Tech, Miami, Ole Miss, Missouri, Kentucky, NC State, North Carolina, USC, Florida, Auburn, Louisville, Washington, Alabama, Michigan and from the previously mentioned, LSU, Clemson and Oregon,” the official website reads.
