This is what we’re up against.
So this means that schools don't have to have a major press conference with the band and cheerleaders all gathered around while a recruit has 12 dozen different school hats in front of him and the choice is revealed in a fly-over by an Air Force pilot dropping leaflets with the school's picture on it? I'm all for that happening!!!!!!

Good news IMO. Now a kid can make it official whenever he wants (if I’m understanding correctly). Should make recruiting a bit more fun…

Should also make it more difficult to portal. Sure the universities will have language that escalates payments if you stick with the program.

I assume that this means players sign a contract with the school. is that correct? each school just creates their own contract terms? If they are under contract that would certainly eliminate the whole issue of enforcement as now the school could enforce a contract on a player and vice versa.

if there is no contract/agreement of any kind, it is not clear how anyone knows who will show at their school in the spring or summer. Since they have to be students/be registered someone needs o know something.
