Also, did I miss an announcement that weeknight home games were almost all now going to start at 6:45?
I was wondering the same and found this. I think 6:45 would be great for ALL weekday games. Also, did I miss an announcement that weeknight home games were almost all now going to start at 6:45?
Good find, thanks for sharing!
Hope I'm wrong, but this game so far has all the feelings of a late-innings bullpen meltdown for the Phils.
Haha, a Cold Takes Exposed classic, without question.

That was, uh, quite the play! Very Blackmon-esque from the night before.Herrera did attempt to give the 'pen a chance to blow the game, when he butchered the fly ball. However, poor base running by CO on the play minimized the damage.
Phillies being no hit thru 8 innings by 4 different Mets Pitchers with at least over 140 pitches thrown. Good grief this team blows
Improve the bullpen!!!???? Meaningless if you score no runs. How about players who get an occasional hit?I know it’s early in the season and anything can happen in the next few months, but I think we can all agree that this Mets team is playing lights out. The Phillies need to negotiate a big trade to improve the bullpen.
I said to someone on Thursday night that "bad things are going to happen in Philadelphia Friday because so much just went right tonight."Thank goodness I’m also not a Sixers fan because after that other news tonight I’d need to be talked down off the ledge!!
Are you watching ESPN or ESPN2? There are dual broadcasts. What an awful broadcast of this game. These interviews are just terrible. Who gives a crap about Keith Hernandez or Hank Azaria? Brutally bad.

I think there was a key error in the infield and a passed ball by the catcher, who may I say is usually clutch. While there is plenty of blame to go around, Girardi deserved some blame as well. Your middle relief guy pitched a great inning and and preserved a one run game. Why not let him pitch another inning, or two? This nonsense of pulling a relief pitcher after three outs makes no sense to me. I stand by what I said in a previous post. The Phillies need to trade a marquee player for a solid 2-3 inning pitcher and closer.Phillies score 6 runs on 4 homers but gave up 15 hits and 10 runs. Good old pitching strikes again.
