Final: Wolves 1, Liverpool 3

Much better second half for Liverpool.

Everton 0-1 Arsenal, full time.

I only just now noticed that Manchester United shat the bed yesterday at home, 1-3 against Brighton.

Man City is going to steamroll Forest, it’ll be a fun match to watch.

Man City’s Rodri gets a red card for going after Gibbs-White. As part of it, Rodri grabbed Gibbs-White’s neck. Wow.

City down a man early in the second half.

an easy call for the ref. Rodri's response to some bumping from behind was disproportionate, and way out of line.

This was a tougher call for the ref, in that he wanted to allow advantage for Luton Town, and as such it's unclear if he observed the stomping by Bellegarde or if he was dependent upon his ARs to report what happened. (Having the crew, including the 4th official, miked up is such a benefit for the ref in situations like this.) Whether he observed it, or was informed by the AR or the 4th official, this warranted a straight red.

Dandy game Arsenal Tottenham 1-1 at half. Romero with own goal on block attempt by Saka. Goalkeeper would have had it. Nice comeback by Tottenham.
Yeah, stoppage time goal for the Spurs.

And, oh, it’s stopped raining here. I’m hoping for a dry game this afternoon at Fed Ex Field.

Really @rudedude ? No chatter about Liverpool vs Tottenham. Should I channel my inner-TheGlov?
Should be another good one. Hopefully Spurs continue their solid play. Bummed about Perisic, and perhaps having Kane go was what they really needed. I’ll be on the road tomorrow headed to Buffalo for Bills Dolphins Sunday so I’ll be listening to the Lions and checking in on Spurs Liverpool.

Good luck to your Bills (hoping for a -2.5 win;)). Won't say the same for your Spurs!
