Chelsea went all-in on a corner in the 95th minute. The Chelsea GK came up for the play. Alas, the ball squirted out and two Brentford attackers attacked up the field, and scored in the 96th minute.

Final: 2-0, Brentford over Chelsea

Newcastle - Arsenal with a very chippy 1st half, with several yellow cards shown. 0-0 at the half

Newcastle with a big goal to go up 1-0 on Arsenal.

They checked on VAR for:

1) was the ball out along the goal line
2) was their a foul by the Newcastle attacker (a push in the back) of the Arsenal defender
3) if the Newcastle attacker that scored was offsides

For 1, none of the angles shown on TV were conclusive. For 3, the replays shown on TV showed that he was not offsides. For 2, I thought there should have been a foul on the Newcastle attacker

Got to meet McAndrew board royalty this weekend as LionJim and his lovely wife came to our tailgate at Maryland. I have to say he is a pretty nice fella despite being an Arsenal fan! 🙄😁
A great time with Rudedude and MaconNit, and his brother, and Steve. A great atmosphere. Interestingly enough, I never got the impression from any Maryland fans that they had a chance against us. I’m watching the replay right now. We looked good. Pro tip: don’t park in the parking garage. Go Gunners!

And, honestly, how you hearing people deal with music blasting at tailgates, you have my deepest sympathies.

@rudedude you mentioning the Maryland students leaving their end zone seats, Jane insisted on going down to the tenth row or so, we saw the last touchdown from those seats, lol.

51-15 takes the sting out of a lotta bad juju.
Don't worry any Spurs fan that thumps their chests in November is typically premature in everything they do. :ROFLMAO: Take a look at the rest of this post for the Spurs trophies.

Clearly not for you. Most Spurs fans are decent. It very well could be a new era. Luton did your boys a solid today too.
Luton 1-1 Liverpool full time, I just checked. Liverpool scored at 90+5’, f me.

Tottenham 1, Chelsea 1, 41st minute

Chelsea tie it on a penalty kick. Romero was sent off for a foul in the box that led to the penalty kick. Tottenham fans didn’t exactly agree with the call.

12 minutes of stoppage time added to the first half due to a pantload of injuries and VAR.
