It is frustrating, we almost always underwhelm at Big Tens.

Seriously everyone, can we stop. B1Gs are always closer that nationals because the talent is condensed. When we introduce the other conferences, the other schools are affected so much more than us. Every time. Remember we didn't win B1Gs last year? Won nationals by 36.5. We will win B1Gs and nationals won't be close.

wow, both of the 157 semis were great matches. Two close matches, score wise and competition wise. And each had some great sequences of wrestling. Haines was really smart. Hard to believe he didn't get the TD in the 3rd period. And also hard to believe that he avoided giving up a TD in the ?? (2nd or 3rd period, when Coleman nearly put him on his back) but Haines got his hips out before Coleman could get the TD.

don’t totally understand the scoring - should we be nervous ?
No. Each win takes into account championship placement points. It's about 4 or so right now. Brooks winning by major will pass Iowa in the standings after Starocci's win.

Edit: We face Iowa in last two weights. Split them (and no bonus points) and we'll be ahead going to the finals with more finalists.

Anyone know up to date team score? PSWC site bogged down for the 100th time today. They really need some website help!

huh? I just reloaded it in my browser, and while it was a tad slow, it had the score after AB's match.

And people are worried and complaining about refs.
I think Bartlett got shorted 2 pts early in his match which might or might not have affected his approach and the final outcome. 🤷🏼‍♂️

I might also be wrong

I think I remember what you're talking about. It was a bang bang call. Cael could've challenged, but by no means do I think the refs have it out for Penn State. Not in wrestling anyway.
