Well, Detroit laid an egg for the Eagles today.
What’s the deal with Nolan Smith? His total lack of snaps this far into the seasons raises the question.
it is puzzling. Just a few weeks ago, the coaching staff indicated that he was likely to see increased snaps the rest of the season.
The first thing that comes to mind is whether he is strong enough against the run. Smith looks slender out there. He could be a liability out there in some situations.
True , so try not to play him in those situations, like 2nd and 3, but on 2 n 13. Do they still try to kick BG inside on the OG in passing situations? I think they did some last year. and BTW what is Derrick Barnett 'personal' situation? Just wondering why he is away from the team. TIA
Well it seems the Eagles will release Derrick Barnett. I m not sure why. I think they are doing him a favor. As a vested vet his yearly salary was guaranteed as I believe he was on the opening day roster. Don’t know about off sets
I don’t think so, he was away from the team for a while for personal reasons so who knows
Shaq would be wise to take some time in finding the right situation. Maybe it’s the Eagles. Maybe not.
The history of late-season additions isn’t great…at least not in Philly.
Buffalo-Philadelphia on Sunday, eh? That’s going to be a good game. Thank God the Commanders won’t suck on Sunday, I can NFL and chill, work a few old problems, as happy as a clam. Been a long week.
Interesting that ESPN’s FPI favors Buffalo in Philly. The analytics-based rankings hate the Eagles this year, but all they do is win.
Typical. Let’s face it , KC the Dolphins and especially the Cowboys are better than the Eagles
They have to make space for either Justin Evans or Quez Watskins, as at least one of them may be coming off of IR this week.
