Just rewound the tv copy. Didn't look like it to me.
not a lot of shots in Bartlett - Matthews near the end of the 2nd period. Kind of what I expected. Who will make a mistake?
Thru SV, I don't think Matthews has taken a shot yet in the match. (Not that Beau has taken many.)

He deserves every bit of that. Matthews does absolutely nothing.

First period
Plenty of feeling out here to kick things off. Couple tie ups and break apart but not much else halfway through the first. Bartlett tries with an underhook to throw Matthews by the Panther fends that off and it ends with a stalemate. It's a scoreless first but there was plenty of work done by both.
Second period
Barltett is down to start. He's out in eight seconds for a 1-0 lead. There was plenty of angle searching and tie ups over the prevailing 1:52, but they end neutral and with Bartlett in front.
Third period
Matthews down. The Panther almost escaped but Barlett corrales him as they go off the edge. On this re-start, Matthews is out to 1-1 with 1:45 to wrestle in regulation. They come together with a minute left but break apart just as quick. Mathews shoots, Bartlett catche him, now Bartlett is in on a single leg with 24 seconds left. He has the right leg with eight seconds left. He turns in with almost two seconds left but can't complete it as Matthews kept ahold of his knee. 1-1 headed to SV.
Sudden victory
No score at the 1:20 mark. Same at the 40 second mark. No score after this period.
Tiebreaker
Bartlett chooses bottom after winning the coin toss. He stands rolls and Matthews goes with him. Matthews continues to ride as Bartlett stands and rides out the full period.
Matthews picks neutral as expected. Bartlett charges in gets Matthews in a head lock but can can't convert as they go off the edge. With eight seconds left BARTLETT GOES IN ON A. DOUBLE LEG AND WINS IT WITH A SECOND LEFT! WOW!

SVN getting absolutely bullied here. He doesn't seem to have heavy hips and and really can't work out of shots.
