"I'd also argue the NFL is too aggressive in moving on from general managers." I wonder if the same can said for coaches? Certainly moving on from Chip made sense. But Doug wanted to hire his own coaches so we had to move on from him? and with Nick, I am not sure who is running the show, but I do not think Nick is hiring the coaches, I think he is some sort of yes man, and just happy to have a job, hope things get off to a good start and go from there!This is a good article, which I recommend:
