Tough one today. Due to the conditions, they had mandatory water breaks in the game.
USC scored at the 23 minute mark, to go up 1-0.
PSU scored on a PK in the 88th minute, to tie things up, 1-1.
And then USC scored in the 90th minute. smh

Hard to believe PSU is the 10 seed, but they really can't complain, as they earned that seed this season.
It did snow yesterday. It is supposed to 44°F today probably about 40°F tonight. With wind, it will be cold. Penn State fans and players are a hearty bunch, so I don't think it will be much of a factor
