I get it and your points are valid. I had all the same concerns with our offense. I tried to incorporate the QB issues, along with what was many times poor execution (blocking, dropped passes, etc.). Overall, with the apparent improvement (minus the tater game), it felt like maintaining continuity with much better execution would be possible this year.

We now have enough sample size to know we need a different approach IMO.

It's the head coach's job to evaluate talent - including his staff.

And like many PAC-12 schools, they also concentrate heavily on other sports (mens and womens) other than just football. Its a totally different mindset.

We can beat Florida if offense, defense, special teams play the best they have done this year. They are better on paper. We will never win if we spot Florida 100 penalty yards. Tenn no way. CU will change QBs before our game, has to be better. 7-4 and a trip to Jacksonville or Tampa OK.

We were talking about Oregon. In terms of football, you can't equate their situation and ours by any metric.
