It’s not “fiction” when Jerry couldn’t help himself from continuing to SHOWER WITH NAKED YOUNG BOYS. As much as you want to justify, defend, and rationalize it, the rest of the world sees this as abnormal (and criminal) behavior.

That's not fair. A person can believe that JS had a problem and also believe that a number of troubled low income kids saw an opportunity to cash in by lying or embellishing their story. Both can be true.

It's also possible to believe that PSU administrators mishandled things but they also didn't believe JS was sexually assaulting kids. Both can be true.

Very true. Defending this devil is as bad as the crime.

Yes, one can believe those things (and I believe some of them) but in 12 years the Grinning Baboon and hi attorneys can,'t come up with anything resembling a defense. Only a fraudster like Parlato can. And he's taking advantage of the knowledge that there are a bunch of people who, mainly well-intentioned, want to see a different outcome. In the end, he won't prove dreck and Jerry will die in jail..

That's what happens when the other side offers no defense other than "I didn't do it."
lol. Pretty hard to prove a negative with no prompt reports, no dates, constant changing of stories, continued relationships with the accused, no dna, impossible timelines and prosecutors telling Big Red to shut up or it will ruin their case. Sandusky has much more evidence and it’s not even close. This was a kangaroo court that began with the end in mind for a multitude of reasons. If you can’t see that I can’t help you.

So the Grinning Baboon "much more evidence?" That's what must be in that folio he clutches so tightly every time we see him. Too bad he hasn't shared it with his attorneys. That's good for Frankie because when he does, his gig is up.

1000% more evidence. This needs to go federal. The PA system wants no part of it for obvious reasons. My 5th grader can figure that out.

If I understand correctly, people who are not in the mainstream media and to whom no one pays any attention are making a case that the sandusky scandal narrative is false. Is that the gist of it?

Mostly yes. Although these people are very well connected and there is a groundswell of support behind the scenes. The mainstream media, and population at large got it wrong early, with the help of a highly promoted and proven fraudulent Grand Jury Presentment. The jury pool was clearly tainted. Not their fault, as the prosecutions goal was attained via use of media.

Already tried the Federal courts and sent back because they hadn't exhausted appeals in the PA courts. It's only taken them 12+ years. At this rate. the Grinning Baboon will be inspiring cabbages before it even come close to the Third Circuit

Bob, they've made no case. It's just some a$$hole trying to generate traffic so he can pay off what he owes to the Feds.

So do you think JS routinely performed anal sex on young boys including the night McQueary walked in? Do you think Dotty & family were complicit by ignoring cries from the basement? Do you think C/S/Joe knew the gory details but allowed JS to continue? Do you think all the "victims" mentioned in the article were sodomized and needed Shubin's help to remember?

Do you really think anybody who challenges some of these things is as bad as a child rapist?

Doesn't matter what I think. Why don't you ask the Baboon's attorneys why they only made the lamest attempt, if they made any at all, to impeach the credibility of the prosecution's witnesses?

Parlato seems to have an affinity for defending rapists. Look up his buddy, Nicholas D'Angelo

It’s really hard to take someone with the name GrimReaper, who uses the term Grinning Baboon on a regular basis, seriously. Brings nothing to table. Low level of intelligence. Lol.

You must think your opinion matters. You attack people who post articles with opinions contrary to your own.

Rape is forcing another person to have sexual intercourse with an offender against their will. Is this what you think JS did? Do you think Dottie and family allowed it? Do you think the PSU administrators knew this was happening but turned a blind eye?

There is an age gap that I think is coming into play here. For those of a certain age (me) it was common for us to shower with older men and coaches during our younger years. Now it is considered a mortal sin, apparently.

Don't think the issue is showering with older men or coaches. The issue is showering with older man or coach.

It’s never been about being in a communal shower with others of varying ages. It’s always been about an adult being alone in a communal shower with one unrelated child and initiating physical contact with the child.

This reminds me of how SEPTA used to handle bus crash victim claims. A bus carrying 30 people gets into an accident, SEPTA settles claims from 300 people who filed injury lawsuits.

Yes, the bus crashed and people were hurt. How many were legit is another story.

I have no dog in this fight. This case was sad on all fronts. Certainly, the victims suffered, the Penn State Community suffered and the perpetrator has suffered the consequences of his actions. With that being 'said', there seems to be a lack of transparency with the facts of this case. I have no issue with the re-examination of this case if the goal is to seek the facts and the truth. It certainly seems that all the facts have not come out.

Absolutely. IMO the issue with JS is that he kept doing it after being reported in 1998. Perhaps he did something wrong but maybe he didn't. Either way that should have been a wake up call that he didn't heed. The other big issue IMO is that TSM allowed one of their agents to have one on one contact with at risk children. That's just asking for trouble.

I say that my opinion doesn't matter and you contradict me? M'kay.

If those who ostensibly are seeking justice for Jerry have so much evidence exonerating him why don't they turn it over to his attorneys and let them run with it?

On the 2001 incident in Lasch I do not think that Magic Mike witnessed Jerry cornholing a kid. As for the rest of the cases, I have no opinion.
