If it's known then why are you not telling us?? haha What would be the big deal in that case?
As i stated.... He didnt play the back half of last season due to off the field issues... not because he was hurt. I think that is sufficent information... if you want more information, go look for it... its not that hard to find.

Ive explained my reasoning in my posts above... sorry if you dont like or disagree

The comment was in response to him being the worst coach in school history. Lemonis is not great, but we've had coaches that could 17 up a wet dream. Not sure we've had that in baseball. Cann and Henderson and Lemonis proved they could inherit good talent and not 17 it up. Lemonis kept it going for three years before 17ing it up. I think he's certainly better than Cann and there's not enough data on Henderson to make a fair comparison, but he hasn't done anything anywhere else.
I don't think you can say he is better than Cann. He wasn't here long enough to determine that. I think Cann would have still won us the natty and we would have been back to Omaha since then.

It's not that I disagree it's just odd that if it's known information then why can it not be talked about here? I am not attacking you, I am just not understanding I guess.

I am counting Cann's lack of focus against him and taking the story about him texting in the dugout while we're getting blasted by USM at face value. And the fact that he hasn't been able to stay focused enough to not get fired at subsequent, much lower level jobs I think backs up that he just doesn't have it mentally, whatever his baseball knowledge and ability to teach players.

Again my personal opinon on social media, message boards, etc... is that i'm going to talk about the player not the person.

This is personal issue, not a player issue so i'm not going to out any college athlete for their personal business. I feel like saying " off the field issues" is plenty... and if you care to know what they are, then thats up to you.

If others disagree or want to post their own way, so be it.

I don’t think we talk about this enough- Lemonis is legit the worst coach we have had in school history. Yes, we did get the national championship and I’m grateful for that. But to my knowledge I don’t think any other coach in history has gone 9-21 consistently over a stretch of years.
Percentage wise he's better than Dudy Noble and John Cohen. But we all know that doesn't tell the story, due to what you inherit, and what you do with it.

But, he did win a national championship. And he also needs to be gone at the end of this year. But the notion that he's the worst coach we've ever had, or that he's even a truly bad coach, is ludicrous.

Being able to discuss and look at the gray area of things, is a skill that has simply disappeared in this society.

Anytime someone is basically out for the year... lemonis spoke on it. Anytime a starter is going to miss multiple weeks with an injury... lemonis has and will speak on it.

Cupp started virtually EVERY game up until LSU. He played well in that game.. yet was benched afterward, he played again one game the following weekend, again played well... nothing was done durign the games because he finished both games. He then didnt play the rest of the season more or less. During that time he wasnt in uniform or on the bench.. and despite being healthy enjoy to play... he didnt make the post-season roster. Keep in mind Cupp was one of our prized recruits and someone that turned down the MLB draft to come here.... and we badly needed INF help down the stretch.

But again enjoy your coffee. Ask a few "in the know" people on the pay board. Maybe you'll get your answers...
No he doesn't. He gives vague answers(which as a HC he should). Dohm, Ginn, Loftin, etc. He said Cupp had been dealing with an injury and he had.

The friday night LSU game was when he got hurt. Lemonis said he was giving him the day off. He came back but was still struggling with the pain. Doctors suggested surgery he said he'd wait until the season was done, had surgery in June. Coaches didn't want to push it too much. If he was internally suspended then why did he get to play?

i'd love to get him an extra year, except he had the surgery in June
Right. Which makes the ol.. i was too hurt to play and but i dont want surgery right now either so i cant do anything all summer.... make a whole lotta sense?

if he was hurt enough not to play.. there are 1000s of reasons why he should have had the surgery, espeically if using your logic.. the doctors suggested he have it. There are almost zero reasons for him to wait until the season is over to have it....

but i'm over it... you believe your story and i'll believe mine.
