Y’all don’t take this as sticking up for Rogers. He’s hot and cold…whatever. However, Barbay is clearly calling the plays. Will has 3 years of being the play caller on the field, this is new to him. He’s fine when he calls the plays or they go 5 wide….because he reverts to the air raid. Under the air raid. The same guys were on the same side of the ball everytime. It had the list of WRs you check to, in the order you check to them. It was ridiculously simple…this new offense isn’t. For what it’s worth anyway
if Barbay calls a game like this against sec defenses, where it’s much tougher to run the ball, it’s going to get ugly
