Agree. Ironically the alumni have been more involved in BOT elections since 2011 to try to enact some big changes, and this is the biggest change that they accomplished in the past 13 years. Much to the detriment of alumni everywhere. Not enough attention is being called to this. The actions of a handful of alumni trustees, namely Lubrano and Barry, has resulted in the BOT taking even more control over the alumni seats. Congratulations, the alumni trustees finally accomplished something of note.

WRT the fees charged by investment advisors he asked for the information and it wasn't provided. In their response to the lawsuit, PSU did not say that he never requested the information or that it was provided to him. What else is he supposed to do?Thank you.
