Oh, that Lalo! Two more episode until the break to set up the final 5 (oops,6) episodes. I hope the episodes get a little longer, 90 minutes would be great. Lalo hasn’t found his “proof” yet, but he is getting closer. I see a showdown in the incomplete lab soon and Lalo getting buried in concrete in the lab.

Two more episodes and then a final six episodes starting in July. Question is, when do we get back to Gene?
Gus and Lalo can’t meet face to face because Lalo knows that Gus can kill him without raising suspicion with Bolsa. I’m thinking that Gus will booby trap the lab and get Lalo that way. Gus realizes that with Nacho dead the lab is only way Lalo can turn Bolsa against Gus. (Planting the gun(?) doesn’t fit this scenario, though.)
Edit: Rhea Seehorn has said that Kim doesn’t tell Jimmy about Lalo because she’s afraid doing so will bring back his post-desert PTSD.

This current season should still be free on AMC. Maybe you could try "on demand"? Hope it works cause it really is good.
AMC is showing two or three reruns (of that week’s episode) a week and then putting it on AMC+. And AMC+ has just started taking the earlier S6 episodes off. You really have to keep up or you’ll miss your chance.

The German's wife - told Lalo about the coworkers and papers, and then he found the name of the company on the slide rule encasing. I wonder how many make it out alive. I'd hate to be the drunk blabbermouth from the earlier season.
Gus' background is a bit murky, and he's a bit of an outsider by cartel stsndards. I wonder if he's related to the hotel owners where the bell came from.
Howard - getting pulled into Saul and Kim's world. Poor guy. At least he'll get Kim.
Things to conider:
1. Since Bolsa believes Lalo to be dead, Gus can kill Lalo with impunity if he can hide the body. Given how BB played out, this is 100% what happens, eventually.
2. If I know my gangsta code, Lalo needs Bolsa’s permission to kill Gus, and won’t get it until he can provide evidence of the lab. So now what? I was thinking Gus sets up a booby trap in the lab (as Hector did for Gus, ironically enough), but the hidden gun (? I’m not sure it was a gun but what else could it be?) seems to preclude that.
3. Mike to Kim: “You’re made of sterner stuff than Jimmy.” How does this fit in the Lalo storyline? Mike saying this makes me think that Kim will somehow have a role in Lalo’s demise but I cannot see how.

What other streaming services do you have because it will end up on Netflix and I think AMC+ has moved over to Paramount.
But yea a lot of ways to watch things.
Did you notice Kim saw her reflection in the coffee cup in the last episode?
It was a great camera shot. The creativity on this show never ceases to amaze.

Kim, in the lyrics of Genesis, is “throwing it all away” at the end of the episode. Lalo creeping closer to the lab, and that Zafiro bottle top in Episode one is looming large after tonight’s episode. A remnant of Kim?
Dr Caldera’s black book May supply Jimmy with new clientele. And, finally a neat factoid:
John Ennis, who plays Lenny, the actor Jimmy hires to impersonate the mediator in photographs, was a featured player on Mr. Show, and is also the father of Jesse Ennis, who plays Jimmy-hating Davis and Main associate Erin Brill.

I'm going to the gym now but will give it some thought. Better Call Saul does this kind of stuff a lot; remember last week when Kim woke up at 3:17 am? Write down 317 and turn it upside down. (I didn’t figure this out on my own, read it somewhere.) And remember the trailer with the cousins knocking over the crime scene numbers. There has to be some relevance to the license plate.
Odenkirk also tells Ennis to “not improvise”, and wasn’t Mr Show an improvisation show?

Hmm. Kim seemed just as interested (if not more) in the black book.
I noticed that one of the cards that fell out of the black book was the Vacuum Cleaner Man's card. He was the one who helped Walt disappear to New Hampshire and Jimmy disappear to Omaha.
