That would be 2 of the largest egos in college FB in the same room. Would love to be a fly on that wall!
I think that Bobby Petrino resembled Steve Spurrier in offensive style when they were both coaching to an extent greater than any other coach.
TAMU is like TENN. Everyone he-he's and ha-has until they finally throw enough money and eventually get it right. Then its not so funny when they start annihilating people. Texas coming to the league is going to give them caged animal syndrome.
And yes we smoked TENN. It was glorious. But I dont look for something like that to ever happen again. I have been alive a long time. I have never seen a performance like that. It was something transcendent. If we played like that every game we would legit be national championship contenders.

From a recruiting standpoint it’s an awesome hire if it goes through…and it’ll translate well onto the field…that guy did a lot with not a lot before the drama… and said drama really doesn’t have a damn thing to do with how good of coach he is for an offense
Wonder why every brand new poser starts with a compliment to another school, and then a back handed compliment or dig at SC. The tater social media payroll must have went bonkers after our win. I have seen like 5 or so brand newbies with that same approach since our game. It’s fun to read.
