What do you call the sleeve you put on drinks? What says the pack?

"Huggie" is the correct term. Years ago, I had a roommate from New Jersey that called them "koozies."

I collect college huggies. Every time we're anywhere near a college that I don't yet have, I try to go to the campus bookstore to buy one.
