Penny has been effective in his career, when healthy. But in his runs tonight, he's not hitting the hole with anywhere near the speed that Swift is
If they lose this game, then look at that last drive as a reason.
Herbie they are only 1 TD from being a 1 possession game. Said another way they are down 13
Yep, big drop off between Swift and Penny, don’t know why he’s even in the game. He gave Swift a blow, get back to the bench. Cost the Birds a TD there, no need to grab there, just get in the LB’s way, Hurts probably gets away from him anyway. Eagles had a chance to just about wrap it up, now they’re in a game with the Vikes driving.
Confusion on the back end. Playing a bunch of DB’s that normally wouldn’t be in the game but for all of the injuries to the Eagles starters.
Birds had a first down at the Vikes 25 and ended up punting. That series might cost them the game.

2 things, IMO. Injuries on defense, especially in the secondary and I think people have underestimated the effect of 2 new coordinators.
