The Eagles D played tough on Wash’s first possession. Lots of short passes that fizzled out. Pretty clear Wash is trying the same strategy they did in game 1. Get the ball out in under 2 secs to avoid Eagles pass rush.

Dotson with a fine catch. He’s had a serious serious case of the drops the last two games. Washington desperately needs his contributions.

Slay Jr made a great play shedding that block from McLaurin and blowing up the screen. It would have gone for 25 if McLaurin holds his block. (McLaurin is a fine blocker, gives 100% every play, my favorite Washington player.)

Yes, and to make inane decisions during the last 2:00. This was horrible. In the first matchup Philadelphia scored a fg (I believe) after a tremendous catch that kept the drive alive, last 2:00. You could legitimately call that catch the play of the game. (Overtime game.) if Philadelphia scores right now I’m going to ****.

Hard to believe the Eagles D can't get close to Howell even when he holds on to the ball. Makes me think all that pressure on the Miami QB last week was mostly due to the Dolphins missing some starters on the O line.
