And of course Lee, who's playing well, is out with an upper body, per Jay Perry.

Are we trying to get back to being a running offense???
We don’t have the line for that.

At least they finally called something. They’ve been blocking our guys in the back all day. Hope and pray our best tackler is okay. It’s already bad enough when your leading tackler is a safety.

Our defensive scheme is terrib
This defense is so lost. They are so out of position and when they do make contact, they cannot tackle. If the defense was just mediocre, this team might be able to play with some teams. This isn't just no talent. They have no idea where they should be.
Yep. I thought it at the time, but man was that a baaaaaaaaad DC hire. He is awful.

SEC refs are easily as trustworthy as an NBC/CBS/Fox news anchor. This is the 17ing world we live in as State fans.

If we go out, spend some coin, and get a serious DC in, I’ll know we are serious, and this coaching staff is serious, but until then, I’ll just hope we get lucky and look decent in losses.

I’m glad the kid is okay (and that the TD didn’t count) but in what universe is that a blindside block? I could never play football in 2024. To be fair, I could barely play in 2003.
I didn’t think it was blind side either, but it was definitely above the shoulders.
