For the Golfers on the Board what are your thoughts of the LIV business model vs the PGA Business model?

The Euro PGA (now DP World Tour) is aligned with the PGA Tour. And, the PGA would give waivers for one-off events here and there.
It would make no sense for the PGA Tour to welcome this as it hurts their tournaments, sponsors, TV partners, fans, etc.
Meaning the Masters will no longer BE the Masters.. just a diluted event. I want to see the best compete, not a watered down version of the golfing pool.

But that's me. You guys can call your own shots.

You are dense. No one gets to choose where their gas comes from. And everybody knows what liv is - a SA pr move to lend a murdering monarchy legitimacy, even you, hypocrite/philistine. It’s already working judging by your comments.
are you maypole on TOS? Who uses the word philistine?

I think the Masters will always be the Masters, since they are an invitational. They alone set up the criteria as to whom is invited and can change the criteria to fit their own liking.

I could see the Masters reducing the PGA tour allotment from 50 down to 47 and accepting 3 LIV players. I dont see them taking more than that because the LIV guys they really want are already Masters champs and they roll the dice on koepka and BDC qualifying.

Yes and I wonder if the Masters members aren’t working behind the scene looking for some sort of deal because whatever they do will have a major impact on the PGA tour. If they go with the suspensions and only allow past champs who are on LIV, then you’ll never see Koepka or DeChambeau and the others at Augusta again.
Most of those LIV guys are finished anyway, IMHO.

LIV has 21 golfers are ranked in the top 100 worldwide. That's not bad and will almost certainly grow.

You may be right, but I don’t expect Phil, DJ, Sergio and most of the others to win anything big again.
There’s going to be some sort of deal between the tours, I don’t know what that will look like but, my expectation is the PGA tour model will die.
