That was a tremendous catch! That was your wide receiver making a play to help you win a ball game.
Just said in the wrong thread that I can’t remember the last time one of our WR bailed a qb out like that. I think we haven’t had a receiver we trusted enough to throw jump balls to in a long time.
We have 38 points. The offense has punted once. Offense not the problem.
I go from dreading the offense taking the field to dreading the defense taking the field. Can we not put together a reasonably competent performance on both sides of the ball in one game please?
we are playing Western Michigan, Iowa’s 135th ranked offense put up 41 on them
Well, they just met our touchdown catch by a wide receiver in the end zone. We had been slowing them down on defense until we made that play. Good God.
Once again, our defense makes an opposing QB look like an NFL first round pick.
These referees must've came from the MAC. All we can do is try to score again to stay ahead until Ty runs out.

So many play calls from this OC just mystify me. This one is just one of many.
There is no strategy or logic with his play calling, he isn’t setting the defense up or exploiting anything. thats A neophyte play caller who doesn’t belong in the sec.
