T-Rob and Smart missed out on Caleb Downs and they wanted him badly. I read that the first thing Smart did after the loss to Al. in the SEC title game was to run directly to Caleb Downs and give him a big hug and whisper in his ear. I suspect Smart and company felt Downs would follow T-Rob to Athens. Wrong. Now if we could just poach some of those dl Smart and company are hoarding.
