Local or national - especially with 2 hosts?

Head2Head is actually great. If you've ever listened to any of the crap on fox sports (aside from dan patrick), fbaum, or matt/richard's solo shows, or that msu broadcast we have/had that sounds like it's being recorded with jr high equipment, you'd know that this is good stuff.

It's a fairly well done MSU/UM/SEC centric radio show that's on 2 hours a day, and is still in its infancy. I'm still excited that it even exists.

also, worst 15th post ever, etc.

EDIT: glad you made the thread, remembered to turn the radio on.

Seriously, what are you looking for on your drive home? A mixture of Jack Cristil and J(ack) Buck flawlessly tickling your earbuds while you navigate I-55? I think its a great show and about 100x better than what was playing at that time, Doug Gottlieb. It is at least relevant and local.<div>
</div><div>I constantly struggle with whether I am entertained or just annoyed by all the people on here that hate Bo Bounds, or hate Head to Head, or hated Veazey, but now miss Veazey, because they hate Marcello. You folks need to take some blood pressure medicine, relax, drink a beer and AVERT YOUR 17ing EYES or CHANGE THE GD RADIO DIAL. This isn't like LT or Croom, where there is nothing you can do about it, it is the media...don't watch or don't listen and guess what...you win! These are inevitably the same people that interrupt a ***Soccer Thread*** to tell us how much they hate soccer. Ok, I am annoyed. </div>

two long standing hosts from there respective schools.

Matt in his ussual "awe, shucks" way does a nice job. Cross is a very typical, UM dickhead who is really struggling with the current events and opposite circumstances of UM and MSU programs.

Richard is trying hard not be a UM homer but he just cannot help it - the snotty, pissy UM fan just flows out of him.

Over all - I like it.

Especially the part about writers. The only person worse than Marcello is Veazey, and the only person worse than Veazey is Cleveland. And etc. Just chill.

You had me right up until the soccer part. 17 that boring *** sport.

If you don't think he has the voice for "radio", then you'd better not listen to a live broadcast of MSU football as he is the color analyst. I think he does a GREAT job on game day for us both pre and post game. Richard seems to relish the mic too much IMO sometimes and doesnt give way to the better broadcaster......Matt. Good show though, especially listening to Richard go up in fumes other day over TSUNs melt down

Brain fart during my rant. Nice. My fantasy baseball gears are constantly in motion. Former Astro! <div>

I enjoy the show quite a bit on my drive home from work every day. I like a show that focuses on MSU, TSUN, and the SEC in general. It's what I care about as a sports fan and what I like to hear.

Tue nt. As Frank Barrone always said on Everybody Loves Raymond "Holy Crap" They are AWFUL. Not far behind, last nt I listened to the Head Sheep in Jorts (Gene) for the 1st time but even he was better than Rob and Deuce.

That like the show do to it being about MSU, UM, and the other team, with a few nuggets of the big things going on in the pros. <div>
</div><div>I do have one question. I heard one of them(can't remember which one) say something about how they own a business together. Now I am assuming the business has something to do with the show since they were discussing something about the show when one of them said it. How is that going to work? I understand it is in the definition of the show that it seems like Matt vs. Richard every day on there. Personally, I would want to hit Richard in the face after about 5 minutes of being in the same room as him. I don't see that business relationship flourishing.</div><div>
</div><div>Good luck Matt</div>
