1st time since my teens that I have ZERO plans to watch the game. Unless the wife knows of a Friday dinner I haven't been told about yet, I'll be in the woods. Most likely in a shooting house until dark. After that, 1/2 hour to the truck and at least 1/2 hour home so it'll be half time at best before I would be in position to turn it on and I really doubt I'll want to at that point.

Yeah, every time I start thinking we may have a chance, I remember Toledo. It comes close to that time I was sitting in a luxury box watching us lose to Maine. It is a coin toss, which one was worse.

Sadly, it’s this game that usually wakes up a lot of the fanbase. Not Arkansas, not Missouri, not a struggling, pitiful Florida, this friken game. So maybe football will be taken more seriously on Saturday. Maybe.

I didn’t even know what time the game was until Ozark posted it in this thread. I’ll probably watch it simply because it’s football but it won’t take much to distract me. If the weather was going to be nice it would be a perfect time to play golf at Oxford CC or the University course in Oxford. They shouldn’t be crowded Friday afternoon.

I was sitting in a blockbuster parking lot listening to jack when the game ended. My girlfriend at the time was in the car. She said something to the effect of “oh well, it’s just one game”. We didn’t last much longer
