The Ohio State band unable to spell the name of their school but instead spelling out the name of the university in Athens, Ohio.
I’ll include the ridiculous adding of “The” ahead of Ohio State University.Speaking of OSU, not a fan thing, but the players' synchronized arm swinging prior to kickoffs irritates me.
And, it’s stoopid when the players are rarely swinging in unison. If you’re going to do it, try to look like you have your poop together.Speaking of OSU, not a fan thing, but the players' synchronized arm swinging prior to kickoffs irritates me.
Just wait. Just wait until the Lions have to play the Trojans regularly. PSU alums are gonna develop a real hatred for all of that USC claptrap: the Horse, the gladiator look, the Fight Song, Conquest, the drum major and his sword, the smug comments from USC fans. ALL of that shiat. Their hot cheerleaders cannot compensate for all of that. That’s my write-in as well. I thought of it the moment I saw this poll. SOOO obnoxious, and the thought of hearing it is my least favorite aspect of the USC/UCLA impending addition to the conference.
Pfftt…… our fans can have a smug off with theirs. It will be an epic battle the likes that haven’t been seen since the Jets took on the Sharks.the smug comments from USC fans. ALL of that shiat. Their hot cheerleaders cannot compensate for all of that.
I developed that "hate" a few years ago.Just wait. Just wait until the Lions have to play the Trojans regularly. One of the best trolls of 'THE"....I’ll include the ridiculous adding of “The” ahead of Ohio State University.
I had forgotten about that. Such a perfect headline. One of the best trolls of 'THE"....
Now, I want you to calm down, reconsider this for a few minutes and then get back to us.Just wait. Just wait until the Lions have to play the Trojans regularly. Well, at least Penn State showed it can beat Utah. How's that been working for the Trojans of late. All it took was two Rose bowls for me to get there. Actually, one was enough. You could hear the USC fans screaming "go home" while Carroll's trojans danced on the sidelines and on our faces.
LOL. I'm thinking about it. But keep in mind that I've experienced forty years of that USC bullshiat. Just wait until the Lions start playing them regularly. Now, I want you to calm down, reconsider this for a few minutes and then get back to us.
That’s sounds pretty cool that a guy has donated enough for them to send the whole band to all games and put people on scholarship.LOL. I'm thinking about it. But keep in mind that I've experienced forty years of that USC bullshiat. Just wait until the Lions start playing them regularly.
Did you realize that their cheerleaders are all on scholarship? (At least they were for years. I doubt that has changed.) Or that their band travels to every away game? Some very well heeled dude apparently donated enough to establish an endowment to fund the band's travel costs, which must be ginormous. Their band has attended every game, home and away, since 1987. They also give scholarships to a number of band members. Talk about breeding a sense of entitlement.
I was at the Penn State USC game in 1993 at the Beav. Our seats are front row upper deck, and I was sitting directly above the USC band.LOL. I'm thinking about it. But keep in mind that I've experienced forty years of that USC bullshiat. Just wait until the Lions start playing them regularly.

Ah, haven’t watched any Islanders/Rangers games since moving to NC. Thanks for the update. That was a different chant, but that has faded away over the years. “Potvin Sucks” still carries on.
There haven’t been any to see this year since, I think, November. Stupid NHL scheduling.Ah, haven’t watched any Islanders/Rangers games since moving to NC. Thanks for the update.
Really? That’s not good for the rivalry or hockey in general. There haven’t been any to see this year since, I think, November. Stupid NHL scheduling.
Amongst the fans for sure. Doesn’t seem to be nearly as much so on the ice, but hockey has changed quite a bit over the years.Really? That’s not good for the rivalry or hockey in general.
I assume it’s still a big rivalry?
