Guys it’s all about 15. I think he’s the big difference this year

Slightly disagree, based on comments coming out of camp. WR room seems revived in spirit, new coordinators/schemes can be exciting, etc. Drew looking good - agree with that. Liked the fight he showed on the one errant snap, when he confronted the ref about defensive hand clap.

These guys saying that Penn state has a favorable Big Ten schedule going forward need to take a second look. Certainly no cakewalk.
You are right, not a cakewalk, however…no Oregon, no Michigan. OSU at home again. Washington, UCLA at home. Only long road trip is at USC. The schedule could be FAR worse.

Field looks it will be soaked. Slight advantage - Penn State rushing game? Esp if White can't play for WVU.

Yeah, but at least mine has a positive outlook.
I’m positive about Drew. Ask anyone on here. I don’t think James can get it done, so I won’t pretend that he suddenly can because he can beat WVU. Your line of thinking is how you get emperor Joe paterno who can’t be questioned, holds the program hostage, and eventually can’t see the Sandusky iceberg when you need him to. Also, I don’t find positivity in consistently getting your butt kicked by the better teams that we play. Franklin and Drew need to do it when the big dogs are playing. But never surrender the program to one man again, regardless of who it is.

I’d say a bigger advantage for PSU in passing game. WR/TE’s know where to expect the ball vs DB’s.

I was thinking along those lines for RBs. They know which side or gap they want to hit - would-be tacklers might slip while making adjustments.

OTOH, I have confidence in Lion defense to be gap-sound and give LBs/DBs microsecond to adjust.

Hopefully we see second half soon. I can't delay loading the dishwasher and cleaning the litter box much longer . . .

Projection - and a poor one at that. I just don't feel the need to criticize Franklin 7/24/365. Borders on mania.
