I’ve said it before, but this group of WRs may get criticized for not being big threats, but they are team players. I haven’t heard or seen any indication that they are frustrated by all the balls thrown Warren’s way and they do a really nice job blocking down field for others.

Oof. This is gonna be brutal. Like a Madden game where you have Greg Jennings and Anquon Bolden.

Good point. The me-first guys transferred to browner pastures.

They're too reliant on that dump pass at the LOS. Been running that a dozen times every game. That crap doesn't work against good defenses. They need to move away from it.

Purdue with a nice drive, PSU's D stiffens inside the 10, and Purdue has to kick a FG.

14-3, PSU, with 8:47 left in the 2nd qtr.

4th & 1, and PSU goes for it.

Direct snap to Warren, and he easily picks up the 1st down

A little trickery ...

direct snap to Warren, then a lateral to Allar, then a pass back to Warren with 3 blockers in front of him, and he takes it to the 10.
He probably could have slowed down and let his blockers get a couple more steps and he would have had an escort into the endzone.

I’ve been saying it all year. As evidenced by the trick play, Allar is missing wide open WRs (this time it was TE Dinkins) and going to his security blanket, Warren. I have seen it in other games with the WRs also.
