Hmm. Pribula says that QB coach O’Brien has him ready to go as a starter every week. I guess the coaches do have guys ready to go contrary to popular belief.
You could tell that Nebraska just didn’t have the athletes to run with OSU. Also, Raiola is really good but he still makes some freshman mistakes. If Nebraska had an offense, they win.
Everything went against PSU....On the road down but no quit. Players and coaches.. backups making plays...this is a staff and squad that deserves respect

I didn’t think we really played that bad in the first half. A few plays hurt us (bad exchange on a snap, fluke 4th down conversion, and a hold), but it’s not like being down 3 on the road in Madison when they had an extra possession was some awful half.
Does the last two games make them Franklin finishes on the road?
Why’s that considering OSU has started slowly in a lot of games as well?
Franklin catches a lot of flack from fans (myself included). Much of it is justified, but tonight - specifically the 2nd half - was a well coached road win. Kudos to CJF!!
There are card carrying members of the BWICAC That would rather eat dirt than agreeing that Franklin is a very good coach.
Maybe there’s some wisdom in giving Beau some PT all throughout the year…
Hats off to QB 2. Saw how that can go wrong at Iowa all those years ago. Nicely called second half game on offense, though the key was the defensive TD. That completely changed the game: deflated Wisconsin and allowed the offense to play with a lead rather than needing to come back.

Gotta give a little credit to the USC win too. Down a few scores on the road, gritty win. Two in a row. Let’s hope for three.
Wisconsin had to account for Beau when he was in there. It opened things up in the running game.
Think PSU Boards are the only ones with Negative Nellies? I went over to Bucknuts and felt like I was on a PSU Board. Some of their guys have already conceded the loss. LOL
Donkah was out. I don't recall if he started and got injured, or just sat out. Anyway, Rucci was in for him, and it was the guy that Rucci was blocking that sacked/injured Allar near the end of the 1st half. So 3 starters were out in the 2nd half, with the key one being QB.
For whatever reason, PSU seems to do a nice job of making adjustments, on both sides of the ball, at the half. It drives us (fans) crazy that they can't play like that from the opening whistle, but it is what it is. It's why I don't get too frustrated when things don't go well in the 1st half -- I expect the team will play significantly better in the 2nd half.
